Cancellation policy & cancellation form

Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be predominantly attributed to either their commercial or independent professional activity:

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ( Tiroler Schmuckkastl Armbruster KG , Innsbruckerstraße 22, A - 6100 Seefeld in Tirol, Tel.: +43 5212 2317, juwelier@armbruster.at ) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. with the letter sent by post or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached cancellation form, although this is not mandatory.

In order to meet the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund your payment, excluding shipping insurance costs, immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the returned goods reach us undamaged. For this repayment we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless something different was expressly agreed with you. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than five days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of five days has expired.
You bear the direct costs of shipping and insuring the return of the goods.

General information

1. Please avoid damage and contamination of the product. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging to prevent damage in transit.
2. Under no circumstances should you send the goods back to us freight forwarded.
3. If the original packaging or similar is missing or the goods are contaminated or damaged, we reserve the right to charge any costs incurred or even to reject the cancellation in the event of unrep. Damage or loss of goods.
